Hi there! I’m Tanya Leyderman, and I’m one of Noetic’s newest Consultants. With over 25+ years in marketing and strategy, I couldn’t be more excited to join such an impressive team of dedicated professionals. Helping clients achieve their brand, people and growth goals has always been my passion. When I learned that Noetic’s purpose was to be a North Star for brand authenticity, I knew I was in the right place!

I’ve spent most of my career developing and executing marketing strategy, customizing marketing initiatives based on buyer personas and creating campaigns to drive customer engagement. Through my varied experience on the agency, in-house and consulting side, I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with amazing brands such as Procter and Gamble, L’Oréal, Mars, Truist Bank and Realogy Real Estate Services.

I’m also grateful to be able to share my passion for marketing through teaching and education. I serve as the Marketing subject matter expert at Western Governors University, part of the team responsible for redeveloping the undergraduate and graduate Marketing majors. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, teaching classes in Global Marketing, Research and Analytics and Consumer Behavior.

Now, more than ever, it’s important to know what your brand stands for. In Nick Westergaard’s book, Brand Now, he recommends thinking of your brand as a dimmer switch, with dials you can turn up and down for various channels. Each brand touchpoint should focus on what’s most important and meaningful. This parallels how Noetic uniquely helps brands to create clarity from chaos, unlocking insights and enabling exponential growth.

I’ve learned many valuable lessons throughout my rewarding career, and one that stands out is that it’s not only important what kind of work you do, but who you do it with. I am thrilled to work with the absolute best powerhouse team, an amazing group of women who embody the Noetic values with every decision and interaction. I look forward to balancing art and science to strengthens brands from the inside out!
