The Challenge
Create distinct and competitive brand positionings to differentiate each of Marriott International’s brands as it prepared for its already large portfolio to expand further with an upcoming Starwood merger.
The Solution
Noetic conducted stakeholder research and leveraged extensive existing research to develop, refine or redefine each brand in the portfolio and re-acclimate agency partners. In addition, we co-created a promotions process across the portfolio of brands and supported its launch to further activation.

This foundational work helped pave the path for the launch of Marriott Bonvoy, a loyalty program which achieved an increase of 12 million members in its first nine months of launch.
